I always use the cheap tests for initial testing, but once I think I see a positive I like to use a name brand to verify. I like that the Clearblue tests come with clear instructions, no questioning the process. The light on the end of the digital also helps guide you and lets you know when you’ve dipped it long enough. Reading the results is pretty simple as well, I especially love being able to see the words on the digital instead of questioning whether or not you see a line. As for the regular early detection test, I have found you don’t get indent lines with these like you do with red dye tests, it is a little more clear when there is a true positive. I will stick with using the cheap tests during the ttc process, but will continue to reach for these when I want to feel certain of the results!

It’s straightforward and easy to use. I also love the stop light that tells you when you have gotten enough urine so that you don’t get an error if you use too much or too little urine.

I like that the pee strip is wide, which makes it easier to pee on.
