I have had a regular 26 to 27 day cycle, so I tested on days 22 and 27. The test on day 22 was negative but the test on day 27 was positive (I also took another positive test so fairly certain it was accurate). Overall, these tests work fine but (consistent with the instructions) are more accurate closer to the missed period than days earlier.

I used a disposable cup, and left the each one dipped in for a about 20 sec each. and they worked perfectly fine
