Really no refund

I don't understand how this product received five-star ratings. Maybe I received a bad batch, not willing to spend the money to find out again, Sam will not refund the purchase price. First protein shake I made, I could have thought maybe the banana had a bitter taste to it. The next one, it was only I milk, and the protein powder taste did not change.
