berry sausages are the best of the two

the berry sausages are the better of the two. I normally love anything with mushrooms, but the mushroom pieces are hard like pebbles. challenging to eat. it would be nice if the packages were labeled to know which is which.

Awesome sausage

These were amazing. Both the berry Gouda and the mushroom fontina. My husband and son does not eat mushrooms and loved them. Will definitely buy again.

Mushroom one was good, but the berry one was my favorite. It actually surprised me, I was very skeptical of it. It paired well pan fried with blueberry pancakes and eggs as a breakfast for dinner meal.

"Chicken" sausage with pork casing

I am so super disappointed that these CHICKEN sausage have PORK casings. My family doesn't eat pork for religious reasons. What I thought was going to be a good chicken sausage was tainted with pork and I had to feed it to my dog. Why don't you just use pork meat instead of chicken? Why even make a chicken sausage if you are going to use a pork casing? There are quite a few religious groups that don't eat pork. Please carry a truly chicken sausage.

It’s really too bad that they have pork casings.

So good

These are really tasty. Sliced and served to a crowd and they were gone quick. Cooked them on the grill and they came out great!

Beware. Contains large pieces gristle and fat!

Sausage contains big pieces of gristle and fat. Made the sausage impossible to eat. We threw it away.

Thumbs down on the ones with berries

I only enjoyed the links with mushroom and Gouda. The ones with berries were way too sweet for me.
