These are the first chicken sausages that I've had, and I really like them! I used my trusty air fryer to cook a couple up and they turned out great. They don't taste that different from a normal pork sausage, which I am happy with. Mushroom Fontina: The added cheese and mushroom really brings these up. The mushroom pieces are a little tough, but don't detract from too much. Berry Gouda: These were very interesting. A little fruity taste and sweetness. Actually works very, like a maple flavored sausage. These would be great as a breakfast sausage alongside some waffles or pancakes. It's actually not easy to pick a favorite between them, but I think I lean towards the Berry Gouda flavor for being a bit different but pulling it off well!

We love how many ways this sausage can be made into a delicious dinner. Whether adding protein pasta or pan roasting with veggies it is delicious. I also really like how sweet the berry option was and how savory the other was. Made for a really nice variety. Great amount of sausage for the price too!

The chicken sausage tastes very good. It's not spicy and it's flavorful. It's nice to have 2 different varieties in a pack. I sautéed with onions and I ate with rice. This can easily be mixed in with Mac and cheese or pasta, or even in a gumbo recipe. It's versatile, can eat by itself or or as the protein of a dish.

I cooked the sausage in my air fryer. My husband tried the mushroom and I tried the double berry Gouda. We loved the flavor. They were nice and tender. The only complaint I have, is that the casing is pretty thick. I removed the casing on mine and I liked it better. It might just be my preference. Overall, the flavor is very good and it is quick and easy to make. I will buy it again!

These were surprisingly good! I had my doubts with some of the flavor, but baking them and placing them in salads are wonderful. They are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor!

Love the chicken berry sausage! The mushroom one has zero flavor. You will definitely need to add your own seasoning to that one. Wish they sold the blueberry by itself.

I microwaved the sausages individually for 40 seconds. They were eaten on a brioche hot dog bun with picked onions and yellow mustard. These sausages are a pass for me. The flavors are mild, which is expected for a chicken sausage, but didn't shine through even with a simple preparation. They would get lost in more invoked recipe. The casing is on the thick side which is somewhat unpalatable and distracting. I would rate these similar to the Kirkland brand chicken sausage (Parmesan & black pepper) but decidedly inferior to Sabatino's (smoked mozzarella, artichoke & garlic).

What can I say... There are things that are original and out of the ordinary. I don't know if this is a brand-new invention or if it's a custom in certain places; I even wonder if there are actually people who like this—and I'm sure there are—but... it's hard to rate this product objectively because when it comes to food, everyone has their own taste. Are you asking for my opinion? They are unpleasant and disgusting, not just to eat, but to touch, smell, and prepare, to the point of making me nauseous. But then again, that's just me. There might be someone out there who likes and enjoys them, and to that person, I'd say to watch out for the acacia gum additive that this product already contains, just in case it might affect their digestive system. Other than that, honestly, it's just pure preference and that's it.

I was very drunk with these the mushroom and cheese ones were very tasty. The cranberry and blueberry ones did not have any of the flavors or cranberries or blueberries in them. I have always found all of your products to be of very high quality these missed the mark.

Great packaging, pretty juicy and an ok flavor. The chicken sausage just wasn't for me. I tried it in a potato and kale recipe, and I'm not sure if it was the kale or the sausage, but it just had a flavor I wasn't crazy about. My husband thought it was ok, but said he really wouldn't eat it again.
