Two flavors - one with mushroom and one with cheese - and both are so good. The skin is a little bit chewy but otherwise everything else is exactly what I want in sausage. I do like the type with cheese a little bit more since it moist in my mouth more than the mushroom one. Highly recommend!

We love how many ways this sausage can be made into a delicious dinner. Whether adding protein pasta or pan roasting with veggies it is delicious. I also really like how sweet the berry option was and how savory the other was. Made for a really nice variety. Great amount of sausage for the price too!

The chicken sausage cooked beautifully on the stovetop. It smelled delicious as it was cooking. I liked the sweetness that came through the berry pieces. I would definitely repurchase the chicken sausage. I want to cook them in the air fryer next time!

Super easy and quick to make for dinner. I sliced them and added to my pasta with red sauce. The mushroom flavor had more of a traditional sausage taste and the berry was more on the sweeter side. Both flavors were good but I didn’t absolutely love either one. The skin was a little tough and chewy. They do store easily in the fridge after opening for about a week and are able to freeze them too. I’m glad I tried them as they are healthier and easy for dinners but likely would not buy again.

I cooked the sausage in my air fryer. My husband tried the mushroom and I tried the double berry Gouda. We loved the flavor. They were nice and tender. The only complaint I have, is that the casing is pretty thick. I removed the casing on mine and I liked it better. It might just be my preference. Overall, the flavor is very good and it is quick and easy to make. I will buy it again!

These sausages were okay when cooked as recommended. The skin is tough and they are pretty high in calories. They taste good, they smell good and the texture is like normal sausage. I don't think I'd buy them again, but they're good to give a try!

Great and easy to cook sausage. Really enjoyed the extra flavor of the added ingredients of wild berries, mushroom, and cheese. Unexpectedly I enjoyed the mushroom flavor the best. I paired it with cooked Brussels sprouts and it made an amazing combination. Half a sausage link was enough for one meal with Brussels sprouts.

This sausage pack is DELICIOUS!!! I mixed both flavors with potatoes and peppers and my family and I loved it. They were delicious and easy to cook. The only CON is that the skin is a little hard and it was difficult to chew. The ingredients and the price is great.
