Lots of black sweet things in the sausage making me skeptical of the producer of this product.

chicken sausage with blueberries?

Super easy and quick to make for dinner. I sliced them and added to my pasta with red sauce. The mushroom flavor had more of a traditional sausage taste and the berry was more on the sweeter side. Both flavors were good but I didn’t absolutely love either one. The skin was a little tough and chewy. They do store easily in the fridge after opening for about a week and are able to freeze them too. I’m glad I tried them as they are healthier and easy for dinners but likely would not buy again.
