These containers close nice and tight and are also easy to open. The lid flaps feel sturdy unlike others that feel flimsy and break after a few months of usage. It has just the right sizes for storing lunches or leftovers. The oven temp max is 700°. The glass feels very sturdy yet lightweight. I love the colors of the lids. As an avid home cook, I am already using every piece of the set and feeling like I need another set. The glass is solid quality, the lids snap on with easy and do not leak a drop, and they clean with little to no effort. These are containers you definitely want.

The ONLY way to get the lid to come on and off is to remove the silicon insert that makes it leak proof. Just figured this out after spending 20 minutes trying to open this thing after heating it up. Also, it is EXCRUCIATINGLY, DANGEROUSLY hot when it comes out of the microwave. I burnt off my fingerprints trying to open it.

I can open and close these with one hand so easily. Little conveniences like that make such a difference! I do find the tops to create a leak proof seal and are very durable. The lids and glass containers stack nicely, allowing for more room in my cabinet for other appliances and such. The colors of the lid are really pretty as well. However, the glass containers do not share the same quality as the lids. One of the smaller containers had glass chip off the edge and the chip fell into the bottom of the container it was stacked in. I was about to add food into the container the shard of glass was in when my husband, who thankfully was standing next to me, noticed it. If someone ingested the glass, it would have shredded our mouth or worse. This is most likely happening because the glass containers are being stacked one in another and the edges are chipping as you stack them. Note that I'm actually very gentle with my glass containers because I'm usually handling these containers when my kids are asleep and I'm cautious of the sound caused by stacking the glass containers (don't wake the baby!). Therefore, I don't believe I caused them to chip by the way I handled them. I’m very skeptical about using these again, especially since I have two toddlers and would be deviated if they ingested glass and got seriously hurt. I really, really wished the glass wasn’t chipping because the lids are amazing and the best quality and ease of use compared to other similar containers I’ve used.

I received this a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with this. Very high quality. I like the set because of the different sizes. The large one is bigger than I expected. Absolutely loved it. Good job bentgo. Already was in love with your lunch boxes. Ow love these too.

First, I love the trendy color. This set goes in the oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. The sizes accommodate many food items. I appreciate using glass over plastic for food storage because it is so much healthier. I highly recommend all Bentgo products.
