The exfoliating bar makes for a smooth shave each time whether it’s a full shave or a quick trim up. The metal stand is handy for holding the razor without taking up to much space. The handle is flexible at the razor so the blades contour nicely without causing discomfort or cuts.

The blades work well, as is typical for Gillette blades, for the first 4 or 5 shaves and then it is downhill quickly. The sharpness and closeness fades and the blades clog quicker than I would like. The handle has good weight to it and is easy to control. The exfoliating bar just feels like a gimmick and I do not notice any difference using it. Overall, it is a typical Gillette razor just with an added gimmicky bar that does not seem to do anything.

It comes with a nice stand for the razor so you can keep it up and out of the way. It has exfoliating technology built into the handle so it is just as easy as washing your face. The blades are easy to change. This is a shave like none other before. If you never used one like this I highly recommend that you get one and try it out for yourself as this is an experience that you can not just talk about and explain how good it was.

Gillette is always one of the top brands but this specific type of Gillette Labs is the absolute best one for me as well. I shave at least one in a week and I like this smooth and efficient razor. I had a good experience shaving with this, it’s your typical razor, it shaves close and my skin felt very smooth afterwards. No razor cuts at all.
