Delicious ham. Lean, no fat to have to cut out. Not too salty and no nitrates equals no headaches!

This is our favorite ham. It went up about 10% in price, but still a good meal. We use it for sandwiches. The ham freezes well.

Used this ham in cooking Blackeyed peas. It was delicious. Used it also in making ham sandwiches, yummy.

Delicious, juicy and perfectly balanced salt content. Is not salty nor blunt. Too bad is not always available.

Great Flavor. Pretty lean. No MSG, added Nitrates or Nitrites. Easy cut and tender. Not over salted. Good value.

I've purchased this item several times, but this time it was spoiled. I'll definitely be returning it.
