The electric stovetop does take a bit longer to heat up compared to gas, but once it’s ready the heat is evenly distributed and much easier to control, which is great for getting a nice even sear without overcooking. We then finished the lamb in the fan convection oven. The recipe called for 140°F, but the oven only allowed settings starting from 170°F and higher. I’m not sure if I was using it correctly, but even at 170°F the lamb came out tender and evenly cooked. It just took a little longer. One big plus is how easy it is to clean. There are no grates or burners to deal with, just a smooth surface wipe down. I also really like the safety buttons on the handle, which prevent accidentally turning on the stove. Overall it’s a sleek modern range that performs really well once you get used to it. Super easy to install and pretty quiet.

I barely took pictures because we were too busy fawning over the stove and enjoying every bite, but I did manage to snap a few shots of Christmas dinner! This stove is amazing! No backplate makes it look sleek, the knobs feel premium and the front controls are super easy to use. The burner knobs have a push-to-turn feature, and the oven requires you to turn the knob and press start, so no surprise “oops, it’s on!” moments. The oven heats up fast, cooks evenly, holds its temperature well and the air fryer crisps foods perfectly. The manual’s suggested cook times are also super helpful with all the different oven modes. The cooktop has plenty of burners plus a warm zone, boils water in no time and makes cooking super easy and quick. I particularly like its sturdy handles (and the push-button on each one, which prevents accidents with toddlers) and its contemporary look. This induction range also includes an air fryer with a tray, a self-cleaning function, and convection cooking. I have absolutely no complaints; I was due for a new range, and this one fulfills that need perfectly.

It also has a warming element which is nice when cooking for holidays. It’s easy to use and super easy to clean. It preheats extremely fast. The air fryer setting is something I’ve never had before and we’ve loved it. Overall, super happy with this oven and all its features. The installation was a breeze. Also, that the inside is blue and sparkly 💙✨

My previous stove was less than stellar and I’ve been looking to purchase one for sometime now. The purchasing was smooth and simple. The delivery guys were absolutely stellar! They unwrapped this gorgeous stove outside my home, so no garbage had to come in the house. This stove even just by appearance is gorgeous. I’m obsessed with the blue interior. I’ve never seen anything like it before. It has SO many features my previous stove didnt have too, including an app!! This amazing stove has specific oven settings for: 🎛️ Air Fry (it has a tray that came in the stove) 🎛️Bake 🎛️Broil 🎛️Convection Bake, 🎛️Convection Roast, 🎛️Frozen Meal 🎛️Proof 🎛️Slow Cook 🎛️Warm The stove heats up really quickly (it shows your the temperature rising on the display) and cooked everything faster than in my previous 11yr old machine. It held its temperature well even after opening and closing the door. It was the perfect time for it to be delivered too since we have Thanksgiving this weekend. Highly recommend this stove for those looking to do an upgrade.

It is a beautiful stainless steel that is easy to clean, I wish the temperature would maintain itself while baking, but it is easy to use with lots of space on the stove and in the oven. I love that this has a built in air fryer and convection baking option. Minimal noise and has a great alert to notify preheated setting.
