[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several weeks of use, the Bissell CrossWave has proven to be an efficient excellent multi-tasker! I just pull it out and both sweep and mop at the same time. I find myself "mopping" my floors now much more frequently because it isn't such a chore now. The tank is always full of opaque filthy water after I use it, even when the floor appears clean beforehand. The machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver and the tank is easy to clean too. I would definitely buy this product again. #sweepstakes

We have new puppies, and a very expensive area rug so thought we would try this. It's a 5 out of 10. It didn't really remove any of the urine smell or stain. These are tiny puppies - 1lb and 2lb and it's not as if we let them keep going on the rug. It's a few tiny 'loonie size' spots. We didn't buy the pre-treat, so now will try it again with that. I am impressed that it didn't totally saturate the area rug that sits on hardwood. I was also impressed that the water that came back was brown. Obviously the rug was more dirty than I thought. It was visibly brighter when we were done cleaning. We will try again and see if we get better results.

I had to vaccum my rugs, then sweep my entire downstairs, then mop it with floor cleaner, then I always would go over it with water. The CrossWave totally changed all that, it takes me a total of 10 minutes to the entire job. Then 5 minutes to clean the vac!

To my surprise it glides across the floors so easy. I like the fact that you can see the dirty water , thus knowing the floors are getting clean. Good work Bissell.

I keep a clean house but if the filthy sludge water I poured out is any indicator of how it cleans then it did a really good job! Not really suitable for the bathrooms because not able to get in spaces that tight but I used it on luxury vinyl plank through the rest of the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of ceramic tile and grout. I have used several other types of machine floor cleaners and the Bissell Crosswave wins hands down. Lower maintenance for brushes, ( does not require a different brush for grout ) no squeegee replacement and actual cleaning solution runs the same cost. Definitely extracts water back off of tile much better than other cleaners we have tried. If you spill something it cleans and vacuums at the same time.

It is easy to use, lightweight and has the power to clean my floors and rugs, which is needed for our doggies more frequent messes. So happy I chose this product! I couldn't wait to try it. Their floors did not even look the least bit dirty as they had been done 3 days previous, so they let me use it and I am telling you what a great job it did the water was filthy and the floor didn't even look dirty. As soon as I returned home I ordered my own. I just had new floors put in my kitchen & bath (ceramic tile) and mine worked great as well!!!!!

I also have a very bad back and I needed something that would clean my floor with ease. Well, this was it! It was easy to use and my floor was spotless when I was done! It was worth every dime!
