It has always bothered me when mopping that after the first swipe with a mop, everything following is being cleaned with progressively dirtier water. This solves that issue. The downsides I see are few and not "deal-breakers." 1) The ratio of water to cleaner is off... so much soap that the floor is sticky afterwards; 2) the spot the cord comes out of the machine makes it annoyingly in the way while mopping. It would be great if there were a clamp or a hook that would hold it up away from the floor; 3) pretty darn noisy for a little motor! Those bits aside, it is a breeze to use, cleans the floor well and has really come in handy with a new puppy! Quickly cleans up little messes as they occur. My house is all tile and laminate floors, this has made cleaning a much simpler task!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flooring in my whole house (2500 sq ft) is tile. Previously used microfiber scrubber mop which was good as long as you rinsed the scrubber after every 2nd or 3rd pass depending on how dirty floor is. Using the Bissell Crosswave has eliminated that chore and I love that there is a separate container for the dirty water. Easy to clean & reassemble after use. The only negative is that it won't clean very close to baseboards. At least an inch & a half short. Turning it straight on to baseboards helps but not so easy to do down narrow hallways. Overall I love it and if it got closer to edges I would have given it 5 stars. Suggestion - would like to see a roller option that would get into grout lines better, something with more brush.

I do like the way this cleans my floors, however, it is heavier than I thought it would be and it's time consuming to clean after. But it's very easy to use and works well. It also doesn't have attachment hoses, which I knew before I bought it, but they are really nice to have when vacuuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for years now on our hard wood floors and have had no issues with it! The floors always feel so clean afterwards and the cleaning solution makes the house smell lovely. Would highly recommend it!!

I used it on the hardwood floors in the living room and also on the linoleum in the kitchen. We heat with wood and I had just damp mopped the floors and could not believe the dirt that this machine "found." Was dry in a matter of minutes. No streaks, I used the multi purpose cleaner that came with the CrossWave. I have already recommended to 2 of my friends and demonstrated it to one of them today. They were amazed and I think I have sold them both on purchasing one. I would recommend this product. If mine wears out I will get another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my Crosswave 5 times in the 3 weeks I've had it. While I am very pleased with the cleaning job, I mopped 2 rooms, put it in my utility room for lunch break. When I went back there was a large puddle of cleaning water on my floor! The clean water reservoir was now empty. I removed the reservoir and it came out but left the fikter/cap in the hole. I now cannot get that cap out!! Need some help please! Thanks

I do not recommend, this product was nice to try out but at the end of the day it was loud and didn't do as expected! It was easier for me to mop and sweep with my broom & mop. Took many "swipes" to clean up a spot on my floor. Just over all a pain for the price it is.

To go from hard floors to a runner rug to wash with a touch of a button at the same time it is amazing. It really collected some much of animal hair along with mine.
