I love that it works on both wood floors and area rugs at the same time

Did not work well on my area carpets or hardwood floors.

Bissell has done it again. So easy to use! You all should just buy this machine!!!

Love it. Saves the back while the floor is cleaner since dirty water is not left on the floor.

Works wonderfully. I cannot believe the dirt it picks up. My house has never felt cleaner.

Easy to use and does a great job

I use my Cross Wave weekly to clean my hardwood floors, way better than the swiffer in my opinion.

Used it twice, so far so good. I need to use it more, it's all that and some more.

This is way too expensive for nothing more than an electric mop.
