[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with my CrossWave. I have three indoor dogs and with the crazy wet weather, this has been a time saver. I have to do the floor once and not 2-3 times, as it sweeps and mops at the same time. No muddy water stands on the floor when I'm done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the Bissell Crosswave for Christmas. I've been wanting this for awhile now. Well, oh my goodness. I thought my floors weee clean. I wash them constantly. This Machine is absolutely wonderful. My floors are shining. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was. Yuck! It's a little on the heavy side and loud but I'll get used to it. It cleans the floors!

I love the CrossWave! The only thing I don't love about it is what I've read others say - it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards. It only cleans to about 1-1/2" to 2" away from my walls, so I have to go back and use another method to clean that part. It's a real pain, but the vacuum/mop does a fabulous job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my CrossWave! Because our home is almost entirely hard floors with area rugs, I am able to get all of the floors clean without sloshing buckets, gross mops, and the occasional scrub brush for tough spots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally Received my crosswave and I am thrilled. The stuff that came out of the carpet is unbelievable. I am a neat freak and always keep my house clean. It looks clean, but when you use the vacuum it really sucks everything out of the carpet. I do not know where all that comes from, as we do not even where our shoes upstairs to avoid the carpet from getting dirty. AND I do not even have pets!!! Look at the image below of what is sucked out of the carpet its like hair mixed with tons of dust bunnies???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tile floors and a puppy....so you can see why I need this. I have your Symphony steamer but with the dog I needed more cleaning than just the steamer. So I use the Crosswave when I see extra dirt. Excellent products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well i'm sending it back because one of the pieces that is required to have the tank function properly was lodged into the vacuum, making it un usable. Be sure to buy in person, not online so you can have someone set it up for you properly and let you know if there's any missing/broken pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the CrossWave and the MultiSurface Floor Cleaner on my tile floors. I have enjoyed using the machine and would purchase again. The only con is that the machine can get clogged with debris if you do not pre vacuum the floor before using the machine.

When I opened the box, I thought it was very light and probably wouldn't have the suction power they show on t.v.. I was very pleasantly surprised that it is very powerful. I've used it everyday as I have two very messy little dogs. It's saved me a ton of time.
