Bissell CrossWave Complete Floor and Area Rug Cleaner

I love that I can vacuum and mop at the same time. I already had the Powerease, which worked well, but I didn't like having to flip it all the time.

Good cleaning but would be nice that it would clean to the edges of the floor, Still have to use a swiffer wet jet to finish the floor cleaning

NO would not buy again or tell anyone else to buy

Very easy to maneuver. Parts are very easy to remove and replace. Cleaning is a snap. Floors look great.

This product does have great features

I used to be so tired after vacuuming. I did not want to mop, now it is all done at the same time. It gets so much dirt. And hair, I have a dog.

wish the suction was better. Maybe a stronger motor would help with the performance of this crosswave machine

I absolutely love this but I have bought 3 different ones at samsclub in the last month. They keep not wanting to power on.

When cleaning after picking up broken eggs. must get down into neck of cleaning head . things become lodged in neck

It does what it's supposed to. Easy to use, take apart and clean and does a great job. Highly satisfied!

I would'nt hesitate to nuy this again. Very easy to use.

Love my Bissell!

I really wanted to love the Bissell CrossWave but it did not meet expectations. The vacuum function works as advertised but when it came to using it as a mop function the unit doesn't seem to have enough suction power and leaves dirty water drops on the floor after each pass, then when I turn the unit off there's a large puddle of dirty water left under it. I thought I was doing something wrong washed everything, reread the manual and watched instruction videos and had the same results with the 2nd use.

Bissell CrossWave puddling problem...

My daughter has a Labrador and this product was able to handle all of the shedded hair.  The hardwood floor and the bathroom tile floor turned out wonderful with the multi use cleaner.  I didn't need the instructions to put it together.  I did have a minor issue with taking it apart for cleaning.  Gave it to my husband to get the roller mechanism out.  Don't wait to buy one!  Saves time, and works great.
