Cross wave is well worth the investment. I have 3 puppies which requires constant cleaning. Cross wave makes this chore a whole easier.

The product doesn't pick dust or dirt of hard surfaces very well. It actually scatters it around. I wished I had never bought it. Not worth the price

I absolutely love this machine! It is wonderful! It got marker out of carpet!! It makes tile floors look "showroom" perfect! Dries fast! Easy to use!

I just got it and find myself having to mop over with my Swifter. It does pick up hair however not as good as my Kirby.

This is such a brilliant product! Any machine that can vacuum and mop at the same time saves so much time with cleaning!

Great product. Lightweight and easy to use. Love the vacuum dry feature that removes excess water which makes for shorter drying time.

I thought my old steamer cleaned, but the crosswave pulls up stuff that was left behind. This product does what it promised.
