This is a great product, makes life so much easier. The costumer service is great too. They got back in a timely manner and were extremely helpful.

Have used this multiple times, hoping that it would become better. It didn't. Every time I had to swiffer afterwards. Biggest disappointment ever!!

The first time I removed the cover to clean it the little arms snapped off. No longer works. I'm going to have to pay more money to replace the part.

This is the greatest machine ever. I threw out all my steam mops, regular mops, swiffer, and my brooms and dust pans.

Rescued mastiffs/pitties dribbles, drool/ "slingers' and huge muddy paw prints SO much easier to clean up with this VS towels, paper towels and mops!

I wacso,impressed thecfirst time I used this. Not so much each subsequent use. Needs a clear rinse water function.

It does everything it says it will. So easy and fast. Only one thing that little bitty bottle of cleaner ain't squat.
