Big fan of Bissell products. I like the ease and flexibility of machine as well as multi-surface cleaning.

Love that it vacuums and washes floor or carpet (small sections). Also appreciate it doesn't leave puddles and drys with extra pass.

The floors I use it on are all tile which is my bathroom, dining & kitchen, hall & office/wash room. Mine did not come with the hardwood floor brush.

This product is great. Cleans with ease. Having kids and dogs it cleans up messes easily. Ease of use is great for my 7 year old to help clean now!

Cleans my living room and kitchen on A full clean tank with a few ounces left over, very good. Nothing really negative to say.

The Bissell Crosswave is awesome!! I have a cat, dog, and bird, it cleans my tile floors with ease. Cleanup of the machine after is super easy too.

Love it! This was purchased for a second home (rental) I liked it so much a bought a pet pro for home.

The first time I removed the cover to clean it the little arms snapped off. No longer works. I'm going to have to pay more money to replace the part.

Have used this multiple times, hoping that it would become better. It didn't. Every time I had to swiffer afterwards. Biggest disappointment ever!!
