Our whole house is hardwood floors with area rugs. Saw it advertised on an infomercial and purchased one. Wish we had bought one sooner. We are putting away our Swiffer and Steam mop for good!

The brush doesn't makes enough contact with the floor to clean up anything that is dried into my floors. To clean out the vacuum after using it, cleaning canister, filter, brush, and all the housing parts in between doesn't make it worth using it.

I love this Machine. No more wasting water rinsing and wring a mop for me. May not get in corners and close to baseboards but, neither does a mop. light weight and sooooo easy to clean. My back and arthritic hands really appreciate it.

Love this CrossWave. It is amazing with cleaning floors. For someone who has a hard time time cleaning floors due to two back surgeries, I'm so glad I found this machine. The cleaning solutions also have great scents.

To clean rugs,porcelain tile,grout and wood floors Good clean of grout but be prepared to change water and check machine for clogging from dog hair if floors not cleaned in years as thoroughly as this product does!

Tired of vacuuming and then mopping and having a streaked floor. I have a long haired dog Bissel Crosswave is a one step vacuum mop the leaves tiled floors spotless. My whole house is tile And is the tool for me.

This machine is truly amazing. I cannot believe how clean floors and areas rugs after use. I am the queen of clean and have owned numerous other vacuums, stream cleaners etc. but none compare to this!

Easy to use and easy to clean after. Took 1/2 the time it usually took me to vacuum, light mop, deep clean and then steam afterwards. Water was dirty and I was shocked as I am OCD with my floors. Love this product!!

I never thought that I would enjoy doing floors...til now. It does a fantastic job and all in one 'sweep"! It has done a nice job on the area rugs as well. I would highly recommend!

Use it almost every day to clean up after the dogs. Only problem, it seemed to lose suction. Seems the gasket at top of filter/dirty water canister wasn't making seal. Little electric tape seemed to seal canister
