I absolutely love this machine,it works really good on my hardwood floors. I've even cleaned my area rugs and was amazed at how well the Crosswave cleaned. It's easy to move around and under your furniture. Best product I've purchased in awhile!

I used my new Bissell CrossWave on my Hardwood floors and they came beautiful. I have 3 dogs so it was a great time saver being able to vacuum and wash with the same unit.

It was efficient to use on my laminate floors, but in disassembling it for cleaning, I had to refer back to the videos you sent via e-mail, for which I am grateful.

We just installed luxury vinyl flooring and this machine works wonders on the floor and rugs. It's so awesome to be able to vaccum and wash the floors with one machine. The Crosswave is very easy to use and we are very happy with it.

I have used it only three times sometimes it won't shut off and won't turn on it leaves streaks on floor stops putting out water over all I wasted my money on this stupid machine

Does a OK job on large areas, but doesn't dry floors and needs refilling & emptying a lot. Need to change pads often or will leave streaks. Very noisy! Can't get around to sides and back of toilet with unit, must get down and use a sponge and rags.

My wife used this for the first time and was really excited at how well it worked. She was also surprised at how much dirt it was able to get up. She says it is very easy to handle (she is a small person) and does a great job.

I am amazed at how much dog hair it picked up ever after I had vacuumed the carpet. It is so easy to use. Light weight and maneuverability makes it a pleasure to use.

After blowing through 3 Floor Mates in a 2 year span I knew No more floor mates for me! The Bissell Cross Action in a lot quieter. easier to use and much more maneuverable.

So happy I bought this! Cuts cleaning time in half on our new vinyl flooring and cleans thoroughly. Easy to use and cleaning the machine after use is simple.
