I purchased the CrossWave to clean a very large area including kitchen, foyer & laundry room. The flooring is LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) and the surface is not smooth so residue left from mops and such will show very noticeable "mop marks" and dulls the finish resulting in having to rinse the floor with clean water! Hate cleaning the floors once let alone twice! Not to mention sweeping them first! The CrossWave arrived well package with no damage & assembly was a snap. First thing I noticed was the LONG POWER CORD. No extension cord needed! I followed the instructions for "cleaning your hard floors". After the pass was completed the floor was left damp & then started to dry right away. Left NO residue only shine! I was impressed! The easy clean storage tray is a bonus. It removes most dirt from the roller and housing making cleanup easy. Now it takes 1/3 the time to clean my floors. Only con is it's a little noisy but this product Works As Advertised!

I am so happy to have this time-saving wet-dry vac in our home. It has been amazing at getting messes cleaned quickly during my busy schedule taking care of my 1 year old daughter. It does an amazing job at getting things and keeping things clean, is easy to take apart and put back together and is lightweight. I highly recommend this! Now I don't have to get down on my hands and knees to scrub the floor. I can clean my hardwood floors and area rugs with one machine--so awesome!!

I'm old school and believe in cleaning floors on hands snd knees for a good cleaning, working construction my whole career my knees are beat up. Getting down hurts and getting up hurts worse. The CrossWave gives me the cleaning i want in less time and no pain, thanks Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking it would be great for daily little vacuums and occasional wash & vacuum. I found out shortly after it was a mistake. It doesn't vacuum like at all. I get very little dirt up and when I think I did it turns out I didn't and when I move the vacuum it was all under it. I clean it every use but it doesn't matter. It doesn't work very good. I'm so disappointed as someone who lives a a fixed income and wasted my money I wanted to leave an honest review before someone else buys this thinking it's great. I like that it is light, easy to use and small to store I just wish it worked like some of the reviews say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product claims to work on area rugs and hard wood floors to "clean up messes and refresh surfaces" but, in actuality, this product is about as useful as a dollar store water gun. It sprays water on the floor or area rug and does not suck up water or even scrub for that matter. The design doesn't allow you to put enough pressure down in order to sufficiently scrub/catch any dirt. It's a very overpriced and dissapointing water gun. I love all of my other Bissell products ( spot cleaner, Vaccum, etc.) but certainly not this one.

I have never been a fan of mops, they merely push around the dirt, actually removing only a small portion of the mess. When my Floormate died the day before Thanksgiving, I ran out to purchase another one, only to find out the store had none in stock. Out of desperation I purchased the Bissell, which was quite a bit more money, and worth every penny I found. So very glad I did! What a great machine! It does a fantastic job, and gets used several times a week - I have 3 dogs that track in l lot of dirt. I found it to be much easier to use than the Floormate, and so much easier to clean after use. Thanks Bissell for making such a great product

Finally someone came up with this 2-1 steps ... Love vacuuming and washing my floor all in one. The best best idea ever. It has cut my time in half from cleaning and more time enjoying my retirement. The tile floors always look clean. Thank you Bissell!!!

This vacuum RUINED my floors. i literally feel like crying. i bought this vacuum because i just moved into a new home and thought it would be hrrat fir my area rugs and my hard wood floors. i was wrong !! they scratched up my floors, left white stains that i cant get rid off. i am so upset. brand new home floors RUINED after one use . i hate bissell . will never buy again. will be returning

I bought this a couple of weeks ago to help me keep our new hardwood floors clean. I think I'm getting the hang of it and for the most part, I really like it..but it keeps 'spitting' little lines of soapy water from the sides. Also, my box did not contain a self cleaning tray. I'm not sure why?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that's extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn't get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn't expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.
