I gave 4 stars based on the length of the brush, otherwise it would be 5. I have all ceramic tile and the brush isn't as wide as the tile, therefore I have to swipe each tile 3 times. HOWEVER, it cleans like crazy! I used to sweep, then steam mop, twice, then stiffer. Thus product gas saved me sooooo much time, all I do now I see crosswave and stiffer. Great, great product!

The a only thing this model is good for is filler for your trash can. I'm so disappointed! My home is not large but I can only do 1 room before the battery is gone and I have to put it back on the charger for a couple of hours. There is no handle anywhere on the unit. This makes it very difficult and awkward to pick it up if you want to move upstairs/downstairs or even over the lip of a doorway. The reservoir for the cleaning liquid leaks all over the place when you take it off or put it back on. You waste as much getting it on as you do for the actual mopping. A complete design failure from Bissel.

I was a little skeptical when I purchased this product but found it to be lightweight, easy to use and great at cleaning my floors, including my area rugs. Amazed that I didn't even have to vacuum first! Looking at the directions for cleaning the machine after use I thought it would be a hassle to do each time. I couldn't have been more wrong! I have never found an appliance so well made and easy to clean. Love this product and as long as the quality doesn't change, would purchase again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Only machine that picks up white dog hair from dark area rug in family room. I am constantly amazed at what is picked up from rugs and hardwood floors. I use it almost every other day. I thoroughly clean it after each use, so it is interesting to see what I pour out each time.

Just bought this and tried it on a textured tile floor that I think has had little scrubbing in the past. The dirt was set in for quite some time. I had much trouble cleaning the heavy set in dirt. It took an hour to do a simple bathroom. I finally decided to try a pre-soak on the floor. I used a light spray bottle and coated the floor and waited a couple minutes. The floor came unbelievable clean in a manner of seconds. Now that the floor is clean I believe regular used of this machine with keep it shinning with little effort.

I am purchasing my forth unit. My first one I gave away to my housekeeper when that house got sold. My second one is Cordless. My third was a gift for my Aunt and cousin. The one I am buying from Sam's is my forth and for a new vacation cottage. The feedback from friends, family and employees has been 100% positive. My cordless one did have an issue and needed to be replaced under warranty. I do suggest the corded one for most people. No worries about replacing batteries or having to wait for it to charge. I simply never had any device that got my floors so clean in a short period of time. Always properly put away the device according to the instructions. The cleaning procedure is simple. I find it easier to clean than my DustBuster. I am so happy this is is stock at Sam's Club. I needed to pick other things up anyway and they have it for the best price.

One of my lifelong pet peeves is no matter how much you vacuum beforehand, the mop always finds debris left behind, especially if you have pets that shed fur! This machine solves the problem by combining the two. It does an amazing job on my tiled floors. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt removed the first time I used it. I take my time and move a little slower than what feels comfortable when applying solution which results in streak-free floors that are very clean. Even the grout gets cleaner with each use, and I can clean about 750 square feet with a single tank of solution. It is actually very easy to clean for storage. It takes me twice as long to clean the dirt tank and all of the filters on my upright vacuum I have a 70lb Siberian Husky/Great Pyrenees mix and a long haired cat (plus a husband). The CrossWave cleans up everything they leave on the floor!

I have had this product for two years. Today was the first time I took it out of the box to use. It was very easy to set up and use. I loved how simple it was to use and how it helps clean the floor like I was mopping. I would like to buy one for my mom and oldest daughter for their floors. I dislike emptying it but use my utility tub. Slowly pour out the dirty water and use paper towel to clean up the hairs and dirt pile. Can't believe how much dirt came up! I do recommend vacuum normally for very dirty floors first as needed. Otherwise using this item or similar would work great. Thank you Bissell! Cleaning up after our puppy and the dirty paw prints from rain and snow when they come in, has made it so much easier and just cleaning the floor makes my kitchen look so much cleaner.

I hoped that this would make my cleaning(vacuum and moping) easier but it made it worse. I had to return back to my sweeper and mop. When I used his vacuum for wet cleaning, it left the floors extremely wet with not so clean water and I could see the struggle to suck in the debris and water. Twice I used it(second time was for benefit of doubt), I had to RE-mop the floors. Then I switched to using it for dry vacuum only, It seemed to blow air out to spread out the debris and just vacuums a fraction of it. I look back at a vacuumed area to see some debris nicely rolled up sitting there, those I have to literally pick up and discard. I tried with both brushes, same results. This is not to mention how heavy it is and how inflexible it is to reach corner areas and under furniture spaces. I'm only surprised how some people find this vacuum cleaner very helpful. I had to give one star cos I am really dissapointed and the price wasn't friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WORST vacuum ever. Got a puppy and needed a new vaccum and the reviews on this seemed good. No. Has not worked since we got it. Doesn't suction a thing up. Our shark hardwood duster gets more off the carpet than this vaccum and it's not even meant for carpet. We have tried everything, changing out the water filter, cleaning the bristles everything. Nothing works and it STINKS. If you use the water filter, and clean it out it STINKS. makes our whole apartment smell awful. and to make it even better, it gets clogged and is impossible to remove. Literally not one good thing to say about this vaccum.
