Works well but not what I expected. I should have ordered the cordless unit as the cord is always in my way.

My floors have never been so clean I have even bought one for my friend as Christmas gift cause she said she can see the differs in my floors

I love my new Bissell Crosswave, I can do my floors in 1/2 the time, sweep and mop at the same time.
