A great wet dry vacuum .it cleaned all my floors well ( wood floor ans travertine floors ) also I wasabis to clean my exoensive carpet

I love this CrossWave Bissell. It is excellent for flat and reachable surface, but I had to use the mop for corners. Still, love it....

Too many steps to use the sweeper and WAY too much trouble in clean up and letting all the parts dry

Low level of water collects and clean-up is negative. Decreases time in cleaning floor , but still does not get all the dirt on floor.

Does exactly what it claims it will do. Very happy with the product. We have two dogs and it had no issue with picking up all the hair and cleaning.

This was bought as a gift for my daughter. I already have o n e that my son bought as a gift for me and I love it.
