Great product!

Have only tried once! If you have any hair on floors it's quite a process to clean machine, but it does a nice job cleaning!

I absolutely love how efficient my crosswave is in regards to cleaning my floors. I don't like using a mop anymore.

Great way to clean floors!

I have used my Crosswave for a month now and I just love it!  It is easy to use, cleans up well and does not take up a lot of storag space.

This Crosswave is SUPER!

Use it mostly on laminated floors and ceramic tile love it it is used several times a day.Wished I had bought it when I first looked at it

My wife loves this machine, lightweight & works on our tile floors much better than several other brands we have tried over the years.

Riding ' THE WAVE'

I really wanted to love the Bissell CrossWave but it did not meet expectations. The vacuum function works as advertised but when it came to using it as a mop function the unit doesn't seem to have enough suction power and leaves dirty water drops on the floor after each pass, then when I turn the unit off there's a large puddle of dirty water left under it. I thought I was doing something wrong washed everything, reread the manual and watched instruction videos and had the same results with the 2nd use.

Bissell CrossWave puddling problem...

My daughter has a Labrador and this product was able to handle all of the shedded hair.  The hardwood floor and the bathroom tile floor turned out wonderful with the multi use cleaner.  I didn't need the instructions to put it together.  I did have a minor issue with taking it apart for cleaning.  Gave it to my husband to get the roller mechanism out.  Don't wait to buy one!  Saves time, and works great.
