overall it does its job. a bit noisy and would be nice if it was cordless. clean up is pretty easy.

I previously owned a Hoover for a number of years..this is a great upgrade. Lighter, easier to clean, and works better!

I absolutely love how efficient my crosswave is in regards to cleaning my floors. I don't like using a mop anymore.
