Oh my gosh I LOVE this machine! It actually gets into my grout and cleans it along with the tile. It's amazing!

I have 3 dogs in the house and this unit has worked wonderfully. Definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Works well but not what I expected. I should have ordered the cordless unit as the cord is always in my way.
