[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used three times and have had trouble with it staying wet. We have read booklet on instructions still isn't great. Worked great the first time that's it.

It doesn't work as well as I thought it would. Doesn't really suck the water up when using the mopping function. Leaves dirty water behind on the floor. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Love that I can use this on hardwood, tile and area rugs. Everything dries quickly because the machine doesn't put down an excess of water. The floors and rugs are noticeably cleaner. A great purchase!

Honestly I expected better performance and when allowed to clean sufficiently it is quite time consuming. It does achieve enough of what I would like to keep it. The solution is far too expensive and I am sure is where most of the money is made...

Being disabled vacuuming and mopping are literally a pain. This machine saves me and is worth every dime. The only negative is that I didn't find it sooner!

I've only used it twice so far and it works great! I had the Hoover floor mate before and the Crosswave works much better for cleaning, and vacuuming up the water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on the vinyl tile and I used it on my hardwood floor using the Hardwood Floor cleaner. It worked perfect. Fast drying. I am very happy with the CrossWave.
