I love this machine. I have all ceramic floors and it sweeps and mops them beautifully. It's easy to use, light weight and clean up only takes a few minutes. I hope this machine lasts a very long time!

Works well. Need to clean after use, but that's really not a problem. I used to use sweeper and a steam mop. This makes cleanup a lot faster. Surprised how well it worked on wood floors.

Very pleased with how easy it is to operate and to clean. Previously owned the Hoover floormate and the swivel action of the Bissell Crosswave is much easier to use. It's ability to vacuum as well as mop makes clean up faster and easier.

Product is great I use it on my hard wood floors and rugs and use it daily. The company and customer service however is a pain to deal with if you need help. Promo codes never work that they send out. I have bought my last Bissell product.

I love this product. It does exactly what it was advertised to do. Very easy to use and clean up after use. I was a little surprised at it's weight but it isn't too heavy to use and move around easily. Great product.

Bought this because of reviews I read and my only regret is that I didn't get it sooner. My floors have never been so clean! It gets all the dirt my messy crew brings in off the floor and leaves it completely clean. Very easy to use and clean

The placement of the power cord low was initially a pain till I put it in the upper clip. Worked great after that. Does a thorough job with little effort.
