Recently got a new puppy and needed a way to quickly clean the floors where we keep him. Have only used it on a hard surface floor, but has exceeded my expectations on keeping the floor clean, easily and quickly.

I love this thing. My whole home is hardwood flooring. The stopping sweeping then getting out the mop was so time consuming. Is to have it all in one has cut my cleaning in half!

I used another wet floor vacuum and was not thrilled with the performance. I researched wet floor vacuum's and found the Bissel Crossover. What a great tool. I also clean homes and have purchased 3 more for my clients. Best purchase ever!
