Cleaned my ceramic, hardwood floors, and I was shocked at how much dirt it gathered up. It is easy to assemble and use. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of machine.

My Wife loved this Multi surface cleaner, because that's what is really does cleans hard surfaces and rugs without getting your hands dirty, wonderful job Bissell.

I love this vac! Now takes me half the time to clean my hard floors. So far it has worked well, even with long dog hair. I haven't tried it yet on rugs but expect it will do a good job.

Working great! I tried many cleaning systems for hard floor but bissell 1785is the best. Don't worry about high price. It will be your good investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did the whole house- tile and hardwood and some area rugs. The water was disgusting!! I thought I had a clean house before. It felt amazing after and loved how easy it was to use.

Unfortunately the box was missing the filter, the cap and hole in the solution mix. Was unable to use it, my wife's parent have one and is wonderful to use.
