My wife loves this tool. She obsesses over having clean floors and this cleaner turned a 2 hour job into 45 minutes. (we have a big house) It works as advertised and no more squeezing out and rinsing the mop.

It cleans well but i was not impressed with having to pull it apart to clean the dirty roll, cleaning the filter, and empting the dirty water compartment. Too much post cleaning.
