I love this vac! Now takes me half the time to clean my hard floors. So far it has worked well, even with long dog hair. I haven't tried it yet on rugs but expect it will do a good job.

Love this machine. It cleans almost as well as getting on your hands and knees to scrub the floor. I am too old to do that now. I am very pleased with it, works great on my tile and linoleum.

I researched like function and use machines and ended up where I started, with the purchase of the Bissell Cross Wave. I am satisfied with my purchase. It is easy to use, does a good job on my flooring and is priced fairly.

This little machine works even better than I had hoped. I use it to regularly vacuum my area rugs, occasionally clean those rugs and regularly vacuum and clean my tile floors. Easy Peasy!
