I love the time saving aspect of this machine, wash button is to sensitive,(find my finger hitting trigger) when only wanting to sweep, little heavier than expected, but would recommend to family and friends.

This might be my favourite invention of all time. Vacuuming and washing the floor in one step means I can get my floors clean in half the time with one machine. I can't recommend this enough!

Bought one for our daughter for christmas. She loves it,somy husband said maybe we should get one too. We have hardwood floors and tile and area rugs. The crosswave does an amazing job hard surface and carpet.

I am so happy! It does the job! And trust me...., I'm very picky and expert in this field . You can vacuum and mop at the same time. And THE FLOOR IS CLEAN!
