I am so pleased with my Crosswave! Cleans great on laminate & vinyl flooring. Should have bought one long ago. The cleaning is far superior to damp mopping. I would highly recommend.

It doesn't work as well as I thought it would. Doesn't really suck the water up when using the mopping function. Leaves dirty water behind on the floor. Dissatisfied and disappointed

I used to think my floors were clean but purchased the Bissell Crosswave to help save time. I was shocked how dirty my floors were. This is a great product and easy to use on multiple floor surfaces.

Absolutely great for my hardwood floors. I have had a couple other name brand floor cleaners and the Bissell far exceeds the cleaning efficiency of the others.
