[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing! It gets my floors super clean from hardwood to tile and even rugs....not carpet... it cuts down on cleaning time. I don't know what I did before I had this product!

Only complaint is it is heavy and will make your shoulder sore. Need easier customer service the few I talked too couldn't understand nothing so always ended up having to talk to a manager. Love the product though

great for us with owning a dog and a cat its nice to vacuum up hairs and mop at the same time. saves me a ton of time and i love to clean my floors now.

The product was awesome, came in timely fashion but was confused as to why it took so many days to process and ship when I ordered it, but I use it almost daily and wish I had the option for accessories for it.

You don't realize how dirty your floors are until you use this! It's easy to use and works great! As long as it lasts for a few years, I'd say it was well worth the $$
