I have an off white tile that has divots in its pattern. Dirt can settle in those places and the Bissell CrossWave is the only thing that can clean my floors other than hiring a company to come in for $300+ each time to clean. I love my Bissell!

Although this machine doesn't get the edges of the floor completely clean, I still love it for the rest of the floor. No more cleaning on hands and knees.
