[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really sucks up water well! Had a flooded bathroom and it took away all the mess. Takes up both wet and solid items perfect. Easy to dump waste items and water.

This is very easy to use and does a wonderful job on our floors and rugs. It's easy to clean after use and we will see how long it serves us, we have high expectations as long time users of Bissell tools.

Love this machine. It cleans almost as well as getting on your hands and knees to scrub the floor. I am too old to do that now. I am very pleased with it, works great on my tile and linoleum.

Working great! I tried many cleaning systems for hard floor but bissell 1785is the best. Don't worry about high price. It will be your good investment.

This little machine works even better than I had hoped. I use it to regularly vacuum my area rugs, occasionally clean those rugs and regularly vacuum and clean my tile floors. Easy Peasy!

I bought this for my mom for christmas, shipping was very quick(i think sooner than expected) and the unit works like a dream! Seriously, best cleaner we have tried thus far. Would recommend 100%.

Great machine, I love ditching my mop and paid. First time my floors feel really clean. I would suggest sweeping first, it's a better washer than a vacuum.

I love this product.. I bought one a few years ago and love it so much that I decided to buy another one for our vacation home. I haven't had any issues at all and it has always done a fantastic job of cleaning my wood and tile flooring.
