I have an off white tile that has divots in its pattern. Dirt can settle in those places and the Bissell CrossWave is the only thing that can clean my floors other than hiring a company to come in for $300+ each time to clean. I love my Bissell!

Although this machine doesn't get the edges of the floor completely clean, I still love it for the rest of the floor. No more cleaning on hands and knees.

My God, 4 dogs, mud, sand, and my floors are clean everyday! YAY! Love the crosswave! I recommend leaving it in a very accessible place. Like I do mine, every time my dogs walk in mess up the floor, I clean it! It's a beautiful thing!

This machine is amazing.....really does a deep clean!! Expect your water to be black after first few washes.....basically tells you your floors weren't really all that clean! Very user friendly

I love this lightweight cleaning 'toy'. I now have 2...one for the downstairs and the other for upstairs...no lugging required even though it's lightweight...just more convenient! Cleaning products work well, too.
