It is a great product. The only drawback of it is it does not clean the edges very well and it cannot get into small spaces so you have to clean those areas by the conventional means.

This CrossWave is light to use. I love it!! Cleans carpet well and it's great to clean spills quickly and just keeping your rug clean. Great to have if you have pets!
