Been sleeping on it for 3 weeks and it's decently supportive. Time will tell how it holds up.

Firm so far, but comfortable

Firm, but comfortable

Horrible mattress, very uncomfortable, not firm at all, body aches after one night on this mattress. Submitted for a refund, followed up twice, and still not response after 10 days. Very difficult to get a refund/cancel/or return. Serta would not accept a return even I had not opened or used the mattress. Avoid ordering mattress online, especially during COVID-19.

Horrible Mattress

I bought these mattresses about a month ago and I am well pleased. The fact that I had a choice of a regular or low profile box spring was great since I didn't want my bed really high. The low profile box spring put the bed height in an excellent position for me.
