Great Mattress

This is a super firm mattress, it's too hard and feels like your sleeping on the floor. The worst part is I've been trying to exchange it through Sam's club, but the Serta team would not return my call. I'm very disappointed in the product and the lack of timely customer care!

Nothing like description... too hard!

I bought these mattresses about a month ago and I am well pleased. The fact that I had a choice of a regular or low profile box spring was great since I didn't want my bed really high. The low profile box spring put the bed height in an excellent position for me.
