Comfortable

I bought this online on October 12 and it was delivered October 26. The delivery process went well and my old mattress was removed as promised. We began sleeping on the mattress right away and already there are body depressions so deep that there is a lump in the center of the mattress. We are not unusually heavy people; 180 and 197 pounds; so I don't feel that would be an issue. I am very unhappy with this mattress and want to return it for a replacement.

Not a Good Mattress

I have bad low back arthritis 2 collapsed discs 2 partially collapsed.  My old mattress was high dollar one only 3 years old and it sucked.  Would wake up and dread standing.  Would hit a point I had to get up as it also hurt too much to stay in bed. 
Used this bed a week so far.  From first night clear improvement especially when sleeping on my back.   It gives me just enough pressure releaf on low back that i rest better and wake much much more refreshed.  I no longer dread the first few minutes of getting out of bed.   As far as side sleeping I see only minimal improvement.  I am overweight as well so keep that in mind while reading review.   I am more and more convinced the ultimate bed would be a sleep number so I could adjust bed to exact pressure releaf but that's a lot of money and will have to wait.  For now this is a great buy do not miss out on this if you have low back issues and even more if you are also overweight
