This is a super firm mattress, it's too hard and feels like your sleeping on the floor. The worst part is I've been trying to exchange it through Sam's club, but the Serta team would not return my call. I'm very disappointed in the product and the lack of timely customer care!

Nothing like description... too hard!

I bought this set about six months ago and I'm so glad I did. I have three ruptured discs L3, 4 and 5 so I knew I needed a new mattress but was so afraid to buy one and not be satisfied and have to live with it. This mattress is so comfortable on my back, very supportive! Very happy!
