Sleeping on a cloud!

Purchased almost 2 weeks ago.  Sleeps great.  Lower back pain is relieved.

Firm but comfortable

I don't recommend this product, it's very itchy not comfortable at all.

Soft and firm at the same time

The delivery was good but the product was damaged.   After multiple attempts at getting a replacement finally I am able to schedule one. 
Then, i call back because I never received a confirmation email, for them to tell me they have to order the replacement all over again!   Then they inform me another 4-8 weeks.   Now onto the actual product.  We have had it for a total of 3 1/2 weeks.  Its already completely  dipped  from the two of us sleeping in it.   There are very noticeable indents.   We are not Large people, we don't lay on bed for 23 hours of the day.  Overall, i would not recommend.   I am actually considering cancelling the replacement and getting a full refund.

Very noticeable body indents in less than 4 weeks

After researching mattresses for what seemed like months, we finally decided to go with this one.  We've had it now for a couple of weeks and so far so good.  The mattress is firm, but comfortable.  It has a pillow top which helps with the comfort.  The sides are solid and stand up well to being leaned on and sit on, the memory foam recovers well when moving around and it does not disrupt the person next to you when you do move.  Overall, we are very happy with the mattress.

So far so good!
