Comfort Finally

I bought this online on October 12 and it was delivered October 26. The delivery process went well and my old mattress was removed as promised. We began sleeping on the mattress right away and already there are body depressions so deep that there is a lump in the center of the mattress. We are not unusually heavy people; 180 and 197 pounds; so I don't feel that would be an issue. I am very unhappy with this mattress and want to return it for a replacement.

Not a Good Mattress

I read reviews that indicated that the mattress was really firm. I was reluctant to buy because of those reviews. I bought and was pleasantly surprised. It is firm but not too firm. It is perfect for me. My back does not hurt when I get up in the morning, now.
