Bought this for my mother-in-law who is very picky and insists on a very firm mattress. Pleased to be able to say she is very pleased with this mattress after sleeping on it for about a month. A good choice.

The mattress seems to be fine but the boxsprings is so much lower in height than standard that it caused me a lot of problems with the bedskirt etc. because it is a good 2 to 3 inches lower than and standard size box springs.

This is a good mattress set for sure, but buy be aware, it is VERY VERY FIRM. More firm that was expecting for a pillow top! Pretty comfortable, just wasn't expecting it to be so firm!!

I bought this mattress online and had it shipped to my granddaughter. It arrived perfectly and delivered and setup for her. She said this was the best sleep she has had in 2 years. Thank you Sams for a good deal

Very poor, it showed as a firm mattress, the mattress is not firm it is very plush, not recommended. It took more than a month to arrive and we were disappointed after using it.

It's down to the middle. I am happy with the purchase but my partner isn't. He says he can actually feel the bed materials shift as he moves (most particularly the top portion and the coils. I do admit I miss my temper

The mattresses are just what we were looking for at a great price. Shipping was a bit confusing and longer than stated in email communication (we live in a rural area) but they eventually made it! Would buy again.

Our old mattress and box springs was so worn out it sagged in the middle like a hammock, so when we got this new set we were overjoyed. Now we look forward to a comfortable, supportive bed each night. We love our Serta!!

This mattress is on the firm side but after sleeping on it for a few nights it is just so comfortable. I have a plush mattress in another room and prefer this firmer one to that one.
