Bought this mattress a month ago. It's quite firm compared to our old one, so took a couple nights to adjust. However, it was just what we needed.. no more stiff backs in the morning. Delivery and setup went well also as they took our old set!!!!!

Great bed. Very comfortable. It is very firm. Which I like and was looking for a firm bed. I think as people get older you need a firm bed rather than soft or medium. I wake up refreshed.

I thought the pillow top would make it firm but with a cushion it feels like I'm sleeping on a floor no movement at all too firm my back and neck hurts now
