I've bought several of these blankets for myself & as gifts. They're used year round. When I wash, I do not use hot water & when drying, I never use high heat, I take it out several times to make sure it's not bunched up & I remove it before it's completely dry. It can make the nap fuzzy & rough if too much heat is used. Once it did get a little rough from being in the dryer a little too long, I thought I'd ruined it. The next time I washed it, I removed it before it was dry & it was soft again.

This throw is the best $25 I’ve spent in a LONG time! I bought one, got it home and loved it so much that I bought two more. It’s heavy, it’s soft, and it holds up well even after being washed several times. I will continue watching for the other colors to come back in stock and will probably buy a few more.

Bought 4 of these about a year ago and they shed terribly. Once they were washed they shed much worse. Two unusable, I had to use a metal pet brush to get the clumps and shedding out but was too much work. The other two continue to shed and get fibers on my clothes, kinda like when a pet sheds. I buying a couple more to see if the shedding problem has been solved.

I have purchased these blankets for years as presents %26 for myself! They are so SOFT %26 WARM %26 excellent quality for someone who washes them at least once a week (my dog loves them too)!! THE SECRET TO MAINTAINING THE SOFT PLUSH FEEL…DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER… IT RUINS THE FAUX FUR!!

ordered the brown cowhide throw and realized I was given a different color when I came back home from the curbside pickup. Later that morning l went back to the store to have it replaced with the correct one, however was told they could only provide me store credit or card refund and that I could go check myself to see if I could find what I was looking for there at the store. Disappointing how these people handle customer service and the lack of making things right. Remember you gave me the wrong item Sams Club!!!

We have three - one is two years old, two are one year old. Outr oldest one did have one of the seams come undone but it really doesn't affect the blanket and you can't really tell. The other two are fine. They are heavy and warm and the softest blankets. After the first one was given to me as a Christmas gift everyone in the house fought over it so we purchased two more the next season. We have the bear, chinchilla, and marble patterns.

I have a cream and black color scheme, so ordered the Snow Owl and Owl online since they weren't in store. As mentioned, the faux fur designs do shed. I didn't even unwrap it-- just gently pulled on the fur and both came away with long "hairs.". I don't need that on my dark clothing. I went back and got the Marble and Bear, both of which are plush rather than fur, and I really like the weight and size of them. I think the others will be fine if you're using them for decoration thrown on a bed or chair, but to actually place over your body, you might have problems. Mind you this was not as a result of washing them. They were straight out of the box.

I purchased the Snow Fox throw first and loved it so much that I immediately ordered the Taupe Chinchilla. Both colors are absolutely gorgeous. The faux fur looks and feels incredibly luxe and the colors are rich and beautiful. These have that heavy, warm, cozy feel you expect from a high-end throw. Honestly, it looks and feels like it should cost several times more. Compared to PB's faux fur throws, the Sam’s Club price makes this an unbeatable value. I could not be happier with these throws.

I bought this blanket last fall as a treat for myself. I loved it and my kids fought over it. So, my oldest used his own money to buy one. Then we went back to buy another for my other son and they were sold out. I've been patiently waiting for them to come back in stock and finally they are back. I bought 2 more for my other kids and 2 more for the couch. They are the best blankets I have ever bought. The softness is amazing and soothing and the weight is comforting and warm. The first 2 get used everyday and have been through the washer several times and they are still soft. My friend loved mine so much she bought 2 of her own! I've never had an issue with them shedding or falling apart. They also don't have any odors as one review said.

So very luxurious. I own a ridiculous amount of throws and this is my favorite. Washes and wears well, color doesn’t fade, fabric doesn’t pill or dry funky, and the weight is perfectly cozy. I bought one for myself last year and loved it so much I got one each for all my gal pals this year and they love theirs as much as I do! Only regret is this year the color selection was much more limited- please bring back the pink and burgundy red
