[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say that I am a larger woman, with that being said my period is probably a little more prominent than most. For this product being "Extra Heavy Overnight" is a big disappointment. I woke up in the middle of the night in a disastrous mess. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night and take a bath as well as change the bedding when you are half asleep? Not Me! Their claim of zero leaks is not valid. I would only recommend this product to someone who is 100 pounds and has a super light flow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Always Infinity overnight pads for a couple months and these are without a doubt the best nighttime pads on the market. These are extra heavy duty without being super bulky. The adhesive is strong and says in place! The wings are the right size to protect your underwear from leaks. I can make it safely through the night with no accidents. These pads are a longer length than others which really protects you especially if you are a back sleeper. I am super impressed with these and highly recommend them for those who have a heavy flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thickness of these pads is perfect, but I prefer a pad that's not so long and doesn't have wings. I found the length a little uncomfortable. I found that they bunch up easily and once they do, the adhesive backing becomes attached to itself. They held well on my heavy days while awake, but during the night (I guess I'm a wild sleeper), they bunched up and I experienced some leaking.

Useless! I don't think the people who make these realize where and why leaks happen because I don't even feel safe sitting down with a heavy flow in these. They need to be longer, much longer. I could consider these a petite overnight for teenagers or people with a smaller frame, but not for someone 5'10" 190lbs.

I've always had a heavy period since I was 13 (I'm 34 now) and these are the best pads I've ever come across. They are so absorbent and do not leak out. The "flex-foam" is amazing. They are very thin pads, and move around with you but they absorb so much! Its like magic! I know I'm not the only one going nuts for them because ever since this Corona stuff started I cannot find them anywhere :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads a great. They are so thin but fairly long. I can't believe how much they actually hold! The wings help protect the sides of my underwear. The package claims are true. I can't feel them while I am wearing them and the only time I have leaks is at night cause my flow is heavy and (I know - tmi) stuff rolls down. I solved that by wearing two pads. No more leaks. I highly recommend these pads!

I normally don't review many products. But I was looking at other reviews while ordering this online and realized others have the same issue I do with this product. On heavier days it is so easy to leak out the front. Please make the pads longer and wider at the front. I love everything else about the pads and how much they can hold on lighter/medium days.

I am an emt. So I lift, move, and can be very active while on duty. I have extremely heavy periods. But this product is amazing. I still have issues with leaks sometimes but nothing like before. I have very sensitive skin, and I have not had any problems with this product. I'm in love with them. I buy them for myself and my daughter. Keep up the great work!

Wore this all day at school and there were no leaks! Great for heavy flow!
