At 37 years old, I should not be fearing leaks every time I wear the new flex foam pad...overnight version! Yes, this pad is extremely comfortable to wear and quite flexible, BUT, the fear of leaks is all too real. These overnight ones must be for ladies who only sleep about 4 hours max. I've used this version for a few months now. I miss the "plus size" pads - 14plus - at least I felt safe wearing those. After using Always brand for my entire menstrual life, I may need to find a new one.

I love the Flex Foam because I know im protected and it has a great absorbency. When I work long days and cant get to the bathroom to do a change...I use these. But when I'm at home I do a change every few hours to keep clean. I like that they are light, thin but they protect against the extra heavy flow days especially overnight! I also use the other ones from Always as well.

Useless! I don't think the people who make these realize where and why leaks happen because I don't even feel safe sitting down with a heavy flow in these. They need to be longer, much longer. I could consider these a petite overnight for teenagers or people with a smaller frame, but not for someone 5'10" 190lbs.

It's good- but sometimes my flow is so heavy that it leaks these monster size pads. Need a bigger size smh

I've been waiting for this pad to released. I'm glad it's here but still needs to be longer! 1 more inch. It's possible as always!

Great absorbency, but design fail. Not wide enough in front for stomach sleeper, and pad kept coming unstuck, pointless.

This is the best pad and its packaging is so nice. i just love it flex line is very good for absorb heavy flows

Always infinity works better than any other pad I have used. It does not leak over night like most pads do over night. It absorbs everything!
