[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used these for a long time now and I have to say they are great for heavy flow days most of my periods are heavy for at least the first 3 days so I make sure I use overnight pads so I don't have leakage problems so far so good no problems and they are so thin and so comfortable to wear overall great product

I found the size 5 pad by chance just the other day. I have never liked pads with wings but, that was all the store had. I am so happy I have found these extended length pads... I am a heavy bleeder 2-3 days of my cycle. I normally wear a super absorbent tampon and a size 4 pad and still had leakage.... that's changing every 3 hours. Now that I have found the size 5 pad I am so excited...The extra length in the back is wonderful. I feel much more secure at work already. I was afraid to move when I had to be anywhere else but home, because heavy bleeding and leaking is a regular occurrence for me due to fibroid tumors. My only suggestion would be to make the front of this pad the same as the back with the extra coverage for the front also... Women with heavy periods know all too well when monthly bleeding can go rouge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TMI coming my periods can get so heavy that I use a pad and a tampon and still leak after only 3-4 hours. And yes they were for heavy flow. I was just about to say oh well ot my real words and get diapers just so I could sleep. Now I use period panties omg amazing and these. Now I get 6-8 hours sleep. Yup that felt weird sleeping that long. But between the both of them no issues. I probably could have just used the pad. BTW is thing not bulky and doesn't rub your lady bits raw from the bulk and scratchy topy. No it has non of that.

I highly prefer pads with Wings and i'm happy these overnight Always Infinity pads have them and they're unscented. I love the comfort, they're pretty unnoticeable, and they absorb pretty good for pads this thin. I definitely love that they're wider in the back. My flows can be pretty heavy so it's good to know these are leak proof.
