My period starts off very heavy so I have even worn them during the day. Very comfortable. They are very thin, so they don't get all bunched up like some others. I can't believe how much liquid they hold. I also like that they have arrows so you know which way they should go in.

These are the best pads that I have ever tried. The wings work well and they adhere well to underwear. The length is great and they can absorb quite a lot. The covers is super soft and not irritating or overly textured. The flex foam really moves with you and molds to the body and is very comfortable.

I have a heavy flow as well as low, wide hips and large thighs. This means that anything less than an overnights with wings even in the day is like trying to cover a missing window with a notebook. It also turns out that my uterus is tipped towards the back, and so the angle of my innards previously me from comfortably use tampons. The flex foam is a gift from up above as far as I'm concerned. They absorb well without getting sopping wet, and they're more comfortable than regular pads.

I am a 40 year old woman and my menstrual cycle is changing. Sometimes I have good cycles and sometimes it's bad. This particular pad was my go to but when my cycle. Is bad I need ALOT of coverage and absorbency. Who designs these pads?? Males??? As much as I appreciate the length and size on the back I would love it if this particular pad were to be redesigned and be wider on the front as well. This pad doesn't do well with gushes... Hope someone takes the time to read this and really consider my suggestion... Thank you

These pads are great, and they have a good amount of coverage especially for those who might heavily bleed at night. While I predominantly use period panties these days, Always is my go-to when it comes to the disposables and no matter how light or heavy they are, Always can accommodate all needs and all flows. I typically find myself buying one heavy like this one and light and it works well for me.
