I absolutely resent having to download an app in order to work a TV. The app was not user-friendly. It was difficult to maneuver. I had to frequently research how to accomplish certain things using google and YouTube. . The tracking on it is ridiculous. There's no need for anybody to track what I watch what apps I access etc. I ended up putting a Roku stick that I deleted all the tracking off of in the back and am using that instead of actually using the smart TV function. I will not recommend any TV that requires me to download an app in order to function the TV. It should be an option whether or not I want to use the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote is not user friendly at all and I had to call DirecTv to get my remote to sync up because I was unable too and he had issues as well but luckily he was able to do so but I have to use 2 remotes in order to turn on/off the tv & box.

I hate that you have to have a vizio account to watch the tv. You should be able to simply buy a tv and watch it, but no! They want all your information so not only do they get your money from the tv sale, they want to spy on you and sell your information too!
