this unit will not respond to the remote to change channels , takes a long time to start up and when it does respond to a command it takes an unusually long time, the only question left is am i going to send it back or throw it in the trash.

A nice quality picture. Just right for my bedroom. I would've given 5 stars except the legs are very loose after repeated attempts to get them tight they just won't so its wobbly. Id recommend mounting because of this

This tv is terrible. Every action from the remote is delayed. I tried the app on my phone and it was no better. It does not hold the WiFi very well. I would never buy another Visio of any size.

It is a nice little TV and was not over priced. But since there's no WiFi at our house, we use antenna, and it was confusing how to get to the area to click on antenna. After about an hr we finally got it going .

The sound on it is terrible and also if you watch the free movies on TV they they speak and then five seconds later The Voice comes up terrible TV don’t buy it

This smart TV us a good value. It was simple to set up. It comes with a remote however, you can use your phone instead. If it had better sound I would give it five stars.

The only thing I don't like is the fact you have to download an app just to get the TV to work. What if someone doesn't have a smartphone or computer?

i brought this tv for my brother....he loves it so much......and i love it too..it has beautiful pictures and sound.....i definitely recommend this tv... i goin to buy another one for my son.....

Overall a nice tv, but Apple AirPlay does not work consistently. Most of the time it will not connect. That was a major selling point for me when I decided to buy the tv. Returning it.
